THE LAKES

Welcome to Orchard close fishery a day ticket water situated on the Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire/Doncaster border we are a small intimate family run fishery . David and Dawn are trying to create a chilled relaxed fishery just for the pleasure angler with large inviting pegs to relax at we have 2 lakes one is a 2.9 acre carp only lake where anglers can book multiples of 24hr sessions there are only 5 pegs down 1 side of the lake only. Peg 2 and 3 are double pegs with huts on and are to be booked for 2 anglers each peg . Pegs 4,5 and 6 are gravel pegs big enough to hold a large 1 man bivvy the idea is if you only fish from 1 bank then it should eliminate any issues of who's swim is who's.

The 2nd lake is a 1.2 acre lake with 11 large platform pegs well spaced out once again with the idea of a relaxed enjoyable atmosphere for the pleasure angler who wants a variety of all course fish

Huge investment has also gone towards stocking the lake which have seen new carp to well over 20lb be introduced to the specimen lake in November 2022 then in 2023 we introduced 34 carp weights ranging from 20lb to just over 30lb we also fitted a diffuser system to the lake to help improve water quality and help the fish to grow. We have an onsite toilets and breakfast available onsite. Bailiff is onsite 24/7.
